Wasabi

Wasabi is a representative Japanese condiment which is well known for its distinctively spicy taste and fragrance.
It brings out the natural flavours of foods with relatively bland taste, such as Sashimi, Tofu or Soba.
The grated roots are widely used as a condiment, but its stems, leaves and even flowers are also delicious and used in various dishes.
