Sencha

In the past, leaves were cooked or boiled to get tea,
other than Matcha which uses all leaves without throwing them away.
In 1738, Nagatani Soen invented the original method to dissolve the taste and flavour of tea leaves
even when they are only steeped in a teapot.
This is the beginning of Sencha.
