In this workshop, Udon Teachers will teach you how to make authentic Sanuki handmade udon in 40 to 60 minutes, starting from kneading the powder, spreading it with a rolling pin, and boiling it. After making it, let’s taste.
The taste of udon that you make yourself is exceptional.
With an additional fee, you can also make euglena udon. It’s the world’s first.
<Caution>
For Euglena udon, a group of 2 or 3 people will work together to make one dough (2.5 balls). The completed Euglena udon dough (2.5 balls) can be shared within the group and taken home. (Best-by date is 2-3 days at room temperature)
