1)Kyoto Confectionery
【Kyoto / Kyoto】
In this workshop, you make 4 seasonal Kyoto confections called Neri-kiri, using traditional Japanese tools. Among them, you will taste it with Matcha. As for the rest three, you will put them in a fancy small box and take them home as souvenirs.
<Neri-kiri work>
At the first step, Neri-kiri dough is cut into pieces and colored according to the sweets. Next, you will carefully shape them into seasonal objects using tools such as punches, bamboo spatula.
2) Gluten-free Matcha Baking Workshop
【Osaka / Osaka castle】
In this workshop, you learn 3 authentic matcha baking recipes through hands-on experiences. The workshop uses Japanese rice flour instead of wheat flour. As a result, all recipes are gluten-free. In addition, the instructor is a well-experienced professional. Therefore, you can enjoy learning to bake the cakes in a friendly atmosphere.
With high quality matcha powder, all matcha desserts you make in the workshop are super tasty. You will taste the matcha desserts with Japanese tea on the spot. However you can also take some of them home as souvenirs of your trip.

3) Organic Japanese Food Cooking and Tea Ceremony

In this workshop, you learn organic Japanese food cooking through hands-on experiences. An organic sommelier will instruct you at the seaside resort of Chigasaki, Kanagawa.
Not only the cooking. You can also experience wearing a Kimono.
After tasting Japanese food, you will change your clothes into Japanese Kimono.
In addition, wearing a Kimono, you will participate in a tea ceremony. Please enjoy your special Matcha time.
