Secondly, using this authentic soup stock, you make Tentsuyu (special soup to dip Tempura in) and soup called Sumashi.
Finally, you make Temari sushi and crispy tempura.

In this course, you make vegan Sushi using local ingredients.
Generally, when you hear the word Sushi, you imagine the Sushi with Japanese Sashimi. But in the past, vegetables and edible wild plants were used as sushi ingredients in mountainous areas.
A valuable experience where a sushi chef teaches you how to make sushi using fresh vegetables and traditional preserved foods from Tokamachi, a snowy region in Niigata.

3) Sasa Mino Sushi
【Niigata / Myoko】
In this course, you can experience making Sasa-Mino sushi, a local dish born in the Myoko / Suginosawa area. Would you like to experience making Sasa Mino sushi together with your family or friends?
Sasa-Mino sushi is made by folding bamboo leaves into the shape of a wall insert for farm work. The ingredients on top of the sushi rice are broth egg, shiitake mushrooms, miso pickled radish, and seasonal wild plants. Put the ingredients on it and make your favorite sushi.
